HOW TO RENT AN APARTMENT

When you rent an apartment in Den Grønne Fatning it is done via Propstep with whom you can also book a viewing.

After inspecting the lease your contact information is sent to the landlord. The approval process of the tenant is initiated. Once approved the contract is sent to the tenant for signature. No later than 3 days after receipt of the lease this must be signed and returned to the landlord.

A deposit equivalent to 3 months rent, prepaid rent equivalent to 1 month rent as well as first month’s rent must be paid within 3 days of signing the lease.

If, for some reason, Propstep does not receive the signed lease back within 3 days the lease will be cancelled and the apartment can be rented out to another party.
